Who is Antoni?
Antoni Botica is a life designer, coach, entrepreneur, and former stuntman who turned adversity into purpose. Born to Croatian immigrants in West Auckland, New Zealand, he grew up in a humble pocket of town with little opportunity, but a deep belief that life could be more.
A near-fatal rugby accident, lifelong dyslexia, chronic pain, and a 20-year battle with an autoimmune disease shaped his philosophy: life isn’t guaranteed… but it can be designed.
He defied the odds by rebuilding his health, leaving a stable banking job, and becoming a stuntman for major productions like The Hobbit and Spartacus. Later, alongside his wife, he built Solamoré, a global luxury superyacht company rooted in connection and adventure.
He’s experienced failure, rebuilding, reinvention, and eventually becoming what he calls a “fourteen-year overnight success.”
Today, Antoni is a proud dad, husband, life lover, and coach helping people transform chaos into clarity through the 5F Framework™ and Life-by-Design principles.

from chronic, crippling illness to vibrant health…
from a job he never wanted to a purpose he was born for.
After multiple life-and-death moments, a twenty-year autoimmune battle, and countless reinventions, he learned one thing with absolute certainty:
Most people don’t need more information —
they need clarity, confidence, and momentum… and someone who genuinely gives an F about helping them unlock it.
His mission is simple:
to help people stop living by default and start living by design — not someday, but today.
